Hatfield, for instance, borrowed the idea of visible Air while visiting the Georges Pompidou centre in Paris, challenging the conventional wisdom that bladders are too weak to endure the running strain: although the Nike Air was developed and tested by an ex-NASA engineer, Tinker deserves credit for helping the Swoosh reach the top with that new amazing innovation, still a signature feature of each Nike sneaker on the market.
