The Yung are part of the adidas Originals Yung Series, a line of chunky sneakers inspired to archive models from the late '90s. "Yung" is slang for "cool" and pools together a certain number of shoes sharing a thicker midsole along with a retro outline. The most significant of all is the Yung-1, a brand new style built upon the rough structure of the Falcon Dorf 1997. The follow-up model, dubbed Yung-96 by adidas, gets a quite similar construction, but introduce a lighter upper together with an extra heel detailing.
