adidas Originals archives hold unexpected surprises, but it was hard to imagine an evolution like this for the Falcon Dorf. This chunky sneaker dropped in 1997 and gets named after the village of Falkendorf, four houses scattered in the wood in South Bavaria, where adidas designers were used to go for morning runs around Herzogenaurach. In 2018, the Three Stripes started here to redesign the brand new adidas Originals Yung-1, whose Falcon W stand as the women’s version.Even after flaunting an unreleased leather and mesh upper, the Falcon W still maintain the original chunky sole as well as the EVA midsole of the OGs. Plus, curvy lines perfectly fit with the choice of Kylie Jenner as endorser. Vintage colorways cover most of the styles, driving us back to shining ‘90s of adidas Originals.
